Step by step

From the front door to the float room

Every visit follows the same calm, unhurried rhythm.

1

Arrive and settle in

You'll check in, get a private suite with a shower, and a quick walkthrough if it's your first time. No forms to rush through, no pressure.

2

Rinse and ease in

A quick shower, earplugs if you'd like them, then step into a pod filled with about 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt dissolved in water heated to skin temperature.

5 minutes
3

Float

Lights off or dimmed, your choice. You'll float effortlessly on the surface, weightless, with no sound but your own breathing. Most people lose track of time within minutes.

4

Rinse and reset

A second shower to rinse off the salt, then a few quiet minutes in the lounge with tea before you head back out into the world.

5

Carry it with you

Most clients notice the effect lingers for days, better sleep, less tension, a clearer head. That's usually the moment people start thinking about coming back regularly.
